Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope of Application, Customer Group

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries and services provided by Sanigo Markus Rak (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) through the online shop tampo-rings.eu.

(2) The offer is directed exclusively at businesses (§ 14 German Civil Code (BGB)), legal entities under public law, or special funds under public law. Sales to consumers (§ 13 BGB) are not permitted.

(3) By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are acting as a business.
 

§ 2 Contracting Party

The purchase contract is concluded with: Sanigo Markus Rak, ul. Szczesliwa 6, 86-005 Ciele, Poland, VAT ID No.: PL9671257512
 

§ 3 Conclusion of the Contract

(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalogue.

(2) By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order, together with acceptance of the order, is sent immediately after submission by automated email (order confirmation). The purchase contract is concluded upon receipt of this email confirmation.
 

§ 4 Prices and Shipping Costs
 

(1) All prices stated are net prices in euros (EUR) and are subject to statutory VAT (where applicable) and shipping costs.

(2) For intra-Community supplies (B2B within the EU, outside Poland), invoices are issued without VAT (reverse charge), provided that the customer provides a valid VAT ID number.
 

§ 5 Payment
 

The following payment methods are available to the customer:

1. Payment in Advance / Bank Transfer: The customer receives a pro forma invoice. The goods will be shipped after payment has been received.

2. Invoice (existing customers only): Following a positive review and for regular customers, payment by invoice with a payment term of 14 days may be offered.

3. PayPal / Credit Card: The payment is charged upon completion of the order.
 

§ 6 Retention of Title
 

The goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been received.

§ 7 Warranty and Liability

(1) The statutory provisions applicable to commercial transactions shall apply. The warranty period is 12 months from delivery of the goods.

(2) Obvious defects must be reported by the buyer without undue delay, and no later than 7 days after receipt of the goods, in writing.
 

§ 8 Right of Withdrawal
 

As sales are exclusively made to businesses (§ 14 BGB), there is no statutory right of withdrawal (no 14-day return period). Returns are accepted only as a goodwill gesture and with the Seller’s express written consent. Custom-made products (e.g. printing plates made according to drawings) are generally excluded from returns.
 

§ 9 Final Provisions
 

(1) The law of the Republic of Poland shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

(2) The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract shall be the Seller’s registered business address (Bydgoszcz, Poland).
