FAQ's
Do the clichés fit into my machine (e.g., Tampoprint, Morlock, Comec, etc.)?
Answer: Yes, 100%. We manufacture exactly according to industry standards. If you select “pad printing” in the configurator, for example, you will receive a plate with the same hole spacing and external dimensions as the original—only often faster and more cost-efficient.
What file format do you need for exposure?
Answer: For perfect printing results, we require vectorized graphics.

Optimal: .pdf, .ai, .eps (fonts converted to paths).

Not optimal: .jpg, .png (pixel graphics may become blurred). If you do not have vector data, our graphics department will be happy to assist you (please check the box on the form).
How quickly can you deliver?
Answer: Stock items (blanks): Shipping within 24 hours.

Finished clichés (exposed/etched): Usually ready for shipping within 2-3 business days after data approval.

Do you also offer special formats or special perforations?
Answer: Yes. We specialize in custom solutions. Simply select “Custom perforation” in the configurator or send us a sketch by email. We manufacture to any dimensions.
