Why is there no price list?

Because every ring we deliver is a precision custom-made part that is matched exactly to the sample ring provided by the customer. This process guarantees a 100% perfect fit and optimal performance, which could not be represented with standard pricing.

How exactly does the process with the sample ring work?

It's simple: 1. You send us your used ring (or a drawing). 2. We analyze it and send you a free, non-binding offer within 48 hours. 3. After your approval, we produce and deliver your new ring.

Is there a Minimum Order Quantity?

We're flexible. As a general rule, we do not have a minimum order quantity. We can manufacture for you starting from just one piece.

How long will it take till I get my new rings?

The delivery time is generally 2-4 weeks after order confirmation and receipt of payment. We will always provide the specific delivery date in our individual offer.

To which countries are you shipping?

We deliver to the entire European Union as standard. For delivery requests to other countries, please contact us for an individual solution.

Which materials do you offer?

We specialize in two proven materials: high-performance ceramic for excellent service life and extreme durability, as well as robust tungsten carbide for common applications.

How fast will I get an offer?

After your sample ring has been received, we will analyze it immediately. You will typically receive your detailed, non-binding offer via email within 24 to 48 hours.

Can I send a technical drawing instead of a sample?

Yes, for an initial assessment and a guide price, a detailed technical drawing is sufficient. However, for our 100% fit guarantee, we always recommend a final analysis of a physical sample.
